Q. What are your pick-up and delivery times?
A. Office orders must be received by 9.30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. For residential pick-ups a minimum charge of $15 or a delivery fee of $4 applies. Pick-up orders must be received by 4:00pm on the day of pickup There is no minimum charge for corporate customers.

Q. How do we pay for the service?
A. Residential customers have the choice of credit card or cash. For corporate customers its credit card only - we simply debit your card of choice on the day of delivery and attach the receipt to your drycleaning bag.

Q. How do I let you know that I like extra starch on my shirts and don't like pleats in my trousers?
A. At Purple Jacket we are happy to cater to your personal preferences. Simply state exactly what you would like on the Order Form.

Q. Can you dryclean leather and suede garments?
A. Yes, from delicate silks and satin right through to linen and leather.

Q. Do you offer any additional services?
A. Yes - as well as drycleaning we have a laundry service for residential clients and also do clothing alterations.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. We take your custom seriously and our Customer Satisfaction Policy ensures that if you are not completely happy with our work, we will dryclean your garment again free of charge.
